Chunks of beef marinated for 24 hours in a dry red wine with our flavoursome biltong spices. Its then air dried until they are well done.
Lean and fatty pieces are included. We include some fatty pieces as they hold a lot of flavour. More than half the fatty acids found in beef are monounsaturated fatty acids, the same type of healthy fat found in avocados and olive oil.
